Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original components, hardware, and documentation
- Be in new, resellable condition
Items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Returns that are not due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and restocking costs.
Restocking fees do not apply if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The incorrect item was shipped
Return Shipping
If a return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Return Authorization
Before returning an item, you must first request a Return Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our support team will provide instructions for completing your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Special order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, color, or configuration, we’re happy to assist with an exchange whenever possible.
Many automotive parts are vehicle-specific, so we recommend confirming compatibility before ordering if you are unsure.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped for a full refund.
If an order has already shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process once delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
